These stunning wraps are a generous size. The long, rectangular length provides ample material to wrap twice around your neck as a substantial winter scarf, and drapes beautifully across the shoulders as a sweeping shawl. They’re soft, warm when needed, and resistant to creases ~ great for travelling with.

Initially designed on traditional handlooms in Wallace Sewell’s London and Dorset studios, the fine wool yarns are dyed in Scotland, before being woven using an advanced double-cloth technique at a historic, family-run textile mill in Lancashire. It’s the perfect marriage of modern design and traditional craftsmanship

Wallace Sewell are proud champions of British design & manufacturing. Every single piece in their collection represents a deep commitment to sustainable, responsible production. The premium raw wool fleece is coloured in Langholm, Scotland, using dyes that are completely free from harmful chemicals, heavy metals, or skin-irritating fixatives. This earth-friendly dyeing process ensures absolute peace of mind for sensitive skin while fully respecting the UK’s natural waterways and environment.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Because wool is naturally self-cleaning & odour-resistant, this item actually needs very minimal washing. Often, a simple shake and a fresh airing outdoors on a breezy day is all it needs for a refresh. Always give this a go before deciding to send to the cleaners. With the right care, it can last for years to come!
  • Routine Care: Regularly shake out to remove any dust. To spot clean small marks, gently dab small marks immediately with a clean, damp cloth and a mild soap. Avoid scrubbing, twisting, or wringing out the wet fabric.
  • Dry Clean Only: Only necessary when it requires a deep clean.
  • Drying: If your item becomes damp from wet weather, reshape it gently & dry flat, away from direct heat or harsh sunlight.
  • Things to avoid: Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Do not wring. Do not iron. Do not bleach.
