These socks are designed in a little village in the Northwest of Spain, at the bottom of a beautiful estuary, at the mouth of the Lerez river, near the border with Portugal. There they are produced in small family workshops, by hosiers who have been doing this for three generations.
Containing 90% recycled cotton, offcuts come from the textile industry in Spain. The harvesting and processing virgin cotton is extremely water-intensive, however, recycled cotton doesn’t need any, not one drop! Hola amigos, winning!
Each pair of these super sustainable socks comes packaged in Thunders Love’s amazing recycled boxes, making them the perfect present for someone….or for yourself!
Size: Box says 3.5 – 6, but my feet say they come up large.
